ALN is a leading company in research and innovation of agronutrients for all types of crops, being a pioneer in Spain in the development of zero-residue products. ALN has a highly qualified team with extensive knowledge and broad experience in the formulation of effective and profitable liquid and solid fertilizers for farmers.
The goal of the Tradytech project is to define several products and select the most suitable one for improving tomato fruit quality, extending its postharvest life, and enhancing its resistance to handling, transport, shelf life in stores and homes—while maintaining its natural appearance and organoleptic properties.
ALN has conducted an in-depth study of current strategies for the synthesis of nutritional compounds, along with an evaluation and selection of the most innovative raw materials, by researching scientific literature and publications and contrasting them with over 25 years of experience in nutritional formulation, ultimately resulting in the development of Tradytech project prototypes.
These prototypes are currently being evaluated both during the cultivation phase and the postharvest storage phase, using natural compounds compatible with organic farming, with a constant focus on zero-residue practices.
Their formulation takes into account the two main crop management systems in Andalusia: greenhouse cultivation of technologically selected tomato varieties and open-field cultivation of traditional tomato varieties.
